please check the links again or post the url of the website with the broken link. i cant find any broken links. the login of the customer area works and the download link of the documentation works too.

I never get the option to give a user name and/or password. Both pages come us as "cannot display page". I have asked that the administrator of All-Sync please email me the reg. users version and documentation. Is that in the works now?

i have send you several emails with the update and the pdf documentation to your email adress and every email is coming back with the error that you are not allowed to recieve such files...

how about trying to access the customer area from a other internet account with no restricting?
