syncing between 3 computers using an external hard drive

Hi,
I have 3 computers (home, office, laptop).
I want to sync all 3 using an external hard drive (no network link between the computers).
Should I install 3 versions of AllSync?
Will this cause conflicts between the databases of the different versions of AllSync?
Thanks,
Omri

Should I install 3 versions of AllSync?
Yes, on every single computer.
Will this cause conflicts between the databases of the different versions of AllSync?
No.
To sync the 3 computers without a network connection you have to do many copy operations:
1. home <-> external hard drive
2. laptop <-> external hard drive
3. home <-> external hard drive (to get the files from the laptop)
4. office <-> external hard drive
5. home <-> external hard drive (to get the files from the office)
6. laptop <-> external hard drive (to get the files from the office)
Maybe you can sync home<->laptop directly via wlan...

Thanks.
I'm thinking of using "Sync with structure conflict and date/time conflict" - so that 3 identical copies of the newest versions of all files are on all computers.
Do I have to keep the clocks on all 3 computers synchronized?
Does this include time-zones? (the laptop can change time zones)

This is not necessary.

Yes.
