Using Allsync to keep Outlook Express in synch on 2 comps

Hi,
While googling this problem, I found reference that this software could be used to keep Outlook express on my Desktop and my laptop synchronized. I am having trouble now that I am here finding references on how to actually do this procedure. Can anyone help me out or point me in the correct direction? Thank you in advance!
