Syncing folder causes network crash

When syncing a folder between two computers, the sync starts fine then the netwrok dies. I have to reboot the computer to restore the network

Just incase I updated my netwrok interface drivers. No difference. If I try and sync the folder with AllSync it will crash about 10 % in. The only way to recover the network is to reboot. If I synce the folders with Synctoy, the synce completes without a problem

Seems to be a problem with the network driver or the hardware. Does the network always stop while AllSync process the same file/folder?
