License Number Error

I recently purchase allsysnc and installed the full version. Unfortanly I am not getting a "need another License error" According to your license docmentaion I should only need one license. My senerio is 1 PC used by one user syncing files from 1 server. I may have created the problem accidently when I tried to reinstall the demo on top of the demo that had expired. This was before I realized that I needed a new version to use with my serial number. The only other thought I have is that I had changed from a DNS server name to a IP address in the profile. I don't know if this would cause the problem. Thanks for your time.
