AllSync & AllDup

Has anyone come across this before? It will not select the files no matter what I do. I tried highlighted and unhighlighted. I tried select all, select all but first, select all but last, select all but newest etc. I have restarted the program and the computer.

Is there something obvious I am missing?

Please check your 'Process mode' settings at the menu bar.
