AllSync & AllDup

I would like to clean up my music and image files on my Pixel 7 phone. I connect my phone via USB File Transfer and can see & access the Pixel files in Window Explorer, but they are not visible in Alldup for source file selection. At a loss to resolve?

Seems the issue is "MTP" protocol, which AllDup does not support.
Not sure if a work-around is ?, https://www-allsync-biz.translate.goog/ ... r_pto=wapp.
