19/09/2005 6:00:29 PM - ERROR: CopyFile2: #32 - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (E:\home_drv\dadd0012\Documents\Timesheets\sept - oct.xls -> \\192.168.0.4\e$\home_drv\dadd0012\Documents\Timesheets\sept - oct.xls)

use the freeware "Handle" from SysInternals to check which process have opened the files: http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Handle.html

ok well i cant see anything using those files at the moment so i suppose ill have to check it on the next scheduled run. what would be accessing it though as the run time was after closing so cant be a user accessing the file.

it did seem to copy the file over to the destination ok though just reported the error

Please try "copy method C" with your profile. Maybe this helps to avoid the error.
