AllSync & AllDup

1st time user. I found duplicates of over 1400 files on two different drives (lets say drive F and drive G) and then some are also duplicated on the same drive (3 copies of the same file). I only want to save one copy of each file. so how to delete all dupes from Drive F, and then also delete the dupes remaining on Drive G?
