AllSync & AllDup

I've just purchased this software, and not familiar with it.
I would like to copy files\folders from DropBox to OneDrive, and would like a report indicating file details in both the source and destination folders, so that I can sure that no files were missed during the process. This will be a onetime exercise.
Can I have instructions on the most effective way to do this transfer of files?

Create a new profile with the copy mode "1:1 copy" and select the folder of your DropBox content as the source folder and the OneDrive folder as the destination folder. Also activate the general option "Calculate folder statistics of source and destination after a copy operation" at the profile properties.
