Profiles and Save Search Result

What an incredibly clean interface! Thank you.
Profiles
Although Profiles are covered in the manual, it's not clear to me how to Create, Load, or Save a profile. I see no item "Profile" in any of the menus nor can I find it through a (right click) context menu.
Save Search
Where are the search results saved to? (only "the name of the search result" is asked for)
