I have AllSync to run as a service, and a task is set to run at night. This morning, I found the following in the log:
6/22/2005 2:00:00 AM - ==================================================
6/22/2005 2:00:00 AM - Task '***' started
6/22/2005 2:00:00 AM - ==================================================

6/22/2005 2:00:01 AM - Drive 'X:' has been connected to folder '\\192.168.x.x\NETLOGON'.

6/22/2005 2:00:01 AM - SOURCE: W:\
6/22/2005 2:00:01 AM - DESTINATION: D:\Documents\
6/22/2005 2:00:01 AM - Editing source --> destination
That's it. It looks like this task is actually still being run. Is there any way I can know?
Is there anywhere that can tell me the current status, file being processed, etc.?
Can I know which tasks are currently running via the scheduler service?
Is there any user interface I can establish vs. the service?
Thanks
Status info when running as service

You must stop the scheduler service and restart the service if necessary.vp wrote:Also, how can I stop a task that is running via the scheduler service?
At this time only via the log file. We will improve the AllSync Service Tool in the future for that reason.vp wrote:Can I know which tasks are currently running via the scheduler service?
Scheduler Service Progress
Hello,
I have the same concern. There needs to be some way of watching the progress of the scheduled operations when running as a service.
When will this feature be implimented? The last comment that this was to be looked at was in July I think.
I'd also appreciate this feature being added.
Best Regards,
Carey

Re: Scheduler Service Progress
With AllSync 2.6 or higher the currently running task of the Scheduler Service is now shown at the Service Tool and can be terminated if necessary.
Monitoring Operations
I was actually referring to the monitoring of the detail of what is being copied when running as a service. For example the bottom pane of the main program or the scheduler will show the datail of the operations as they occur if you start them in the program.
But if the scheduler starts the copy process while running as a service, I can't see where you can watch the datailed progress in the same manner.

Re: Monitoring Operations
The detailed informations of the copy progress are not available for the Service Tool. Please use the scheduler instead of the scheduler service if you need this infomartions.
