Feature request: Save Checksums

If I start a search based on the file content using a checksum it would be a nice addition if at the end the program would save for each file the filename, filesize, last modification timestamp and the checksum to a file.
If I later on want to run a compare on the same dataset I could refer to that file with checksums.
The program would than only need to reread (and recalculate the checksum) for the files where the filesize or the last modification timestamp was changed.
For a large amount of files, I think that this would further improve the speed.
