And likewise I guess it is intended to replace the current % indicator?
In my case, my windows taskbar is almost always very space limited (I don't "group" at all, & usually have MANY windows open & typically keep 3 rows displaying at that, & I have all "eye candy" disabled) so any animation is likely to be of limited significance (& in particular compared to the current % indicator - which is worthwhile).
