BUG: Rename of a file overwrites existing


If you rename a file, & an existing same named file already exists, the existing file is deleted - automatically, & the rename then proceeds.


At the least, the rename attempt should abort, or you should be prompted to overwrite (with a default of, "No").


This was an F2 rename from within the Search Results window.

With the next update the user will be informed about the already existing file name and asked again for a new file name.
