Q1) How can I tell if I have donated already? If not I will.

Q2) I would like to create file showing all folders AND files of a selected drive.
Is this possible? (Even if no, product still will get donation.) Thank you.

Q1: We couldnt find any donation with your username or email address

Q2: You can't print a list of all files and folders from a drive. It's only possible to print all folder of a drive or all files from a single folder.
