2. is it possible to freeze "Save changes when switching profiles" until it's actually manually unchecked again. This can be done in the dame location it could be a preference..
It currently uncheck itself every time Profile Properties window is closed.

will be checked automatically in a future release if you leave the profile properties with this option activated.
