Sync Mode Preview actions different from Copy actions

Hi,
I was testing the Sync mode and noticed that sometimes when a file in the source directory was (correctly) copied to the destination directory the report showed that the file in the destination directory was updated AND the file in the source directory was updated.
Other times everything reported was as expected.
Cannot reproduce consistently - happens sometimes and not others.
