Removing No-Longer-Present Files Removes All Archived Files

I just tried out the scan-in-archives function and it was pretty handy, but I noticed a problem. In the results window, if you use the remove-no-longer-present-files function, ALL files from archives are removed from the results list. I imagine that would be quite frustrating if you just spent an hour scanning a lot of files and archives.
