Unable to back up large files

I'm receiving the following error when trying to back up large files (i.e., 30GB):
2010/05/01 20:28:57 - #1450 - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. [CopyFile3] (D:\vm\StandAlones\xp-production\xp-production-100gb.vhd -->> K:\AllSyncBackup\Data\2010-05-01 at 19.18.34\vm\StandAlones\xp-production\xp-production-100gb.vhd) (PROFILE: Data)
I've followed the help resources on error #1450, but have been unable to copy the large files.
General Info:
Win XP SP3, 4GB RAM
AllSync 3.4.35 Business Edition
Drive Info:
Drive D: 7200 RPM 500 GB Samsung (210 GB Free)
Drive K: 5400 RPM 1.5TB Samsung (870 GB Free)
Profile Properties:
Copy Mode: Backup
Copy Method: B
Copy Attempts: 3 w/ 5 second interval
The same error occurs no matter what drive I try to back up to, i.e., backing up to an external drive or another internal drive.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

What's the size of the file "D:\\vm\\StandAlones\\xp-production\\xp-production-100gb.vhd"?
Try "Copy Method C" to copy the file. Does this help?

The file in the error listed is approximately 30GB.
Using copy method C does work. However, the file is part of a much larger backup set and I'd really not want to lose the data transfer rate I can achieve with copy method B, i.e., B=90Mbps vs C=31Mbps.
If using copy method C is the only alternative, then I'll reconfigure my backup sets appropriately.
Thanks!

Please press the button "Speed Test" at the profile porperties / file options / copy method and test the copy method C between your drives D: and K:. Please run a range test from 10.000 to 300.000 with a increment value of 10.000. Set the test file size to 999mb to get a better result.

I've went ahead and just reconfigured my backup sets and all works well enough. FWIW, here's the speed test:

Thanks for the feedback.
Please can you run the speed test again and this time with the following copy methods and data packets:
B
C 30.000
C 60.000
C 110.000
How are the results now?

It seems the speed depends on the mood of the computer
If you repeat the test you should use the same settings as before. Your second test was done with a different test file size and different data packet settings. What data packet size do you use now for your copy operations?

I'm running at 100,000 bytes right now.
