I've added
D:\Documents and Settings\pan\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
to my folder filter

When I click "Start Search" I get the prompt "Use file and folder filter?" and I click yes, but I still get files in D:\Documents and Settings\pan\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 in the results

I can't reproduce this problem. My folder filter works fine. Please check your folder filter settings.
