I have looked through the documentation but can't find an answer to this question (maybe this is in fact a feature request!):

How can I set up a profile to copy a file in the situation where the date/time of the file is the same but the size of the file has changed? I sometimes run into this situation with mp3's and with digital photographs. In both cases, the content of the file has changed (mp3 tags have been edited, or the colour profile of the photograph has been modified, for example), but the software which was used to make the changes has not modified the date/time of the file.

Thank for your feedback. Your requested feature is available with the current beta release of AllSync: "Overwrite file if the content or the size of the files is different".
