An option to show all non-duplicates instead of duplicates!
Usage: Compare external hard drive, flash drive, SD card with main backup drive to identify all files that don't exist on the backup.
Purpose: To check that all important files on old media have been backed up before erasing and reusing the media.

Re: Feature request: Non-duplicates
The next update will add the log option "Log all non-duplicate files".
Re: Feature request: Non-duplicates
I am also very interested in such a feature. The webpage indicates that non-duplicates listing is supported (http://www.getfoldersize.com/alldup_help/alldup.php). However, I do not see an option to add this to the log file (the latest version I can find is v3.4.24 (from 2013).
When/if this feature is implemented, it would be great if the non-duplicate (=unique) files were listed in a search result so that I could act on them (e.g. copy or move).
Furthermore, to be truly useful, I would like to be able to compare two directories. Maybe this is already possible somehow?
This would also be very useful for duplicate finding; e.g. find duplicates in Dir1 vs Dir 2 but not within each directory.
