KB, MB, or GB Preference Not Saved

Post by britd »

If I select KB, MB, or GB for the Size column, it is not saved for the next session.

Thanks for fixing this so quickly! Is it possible to drop the two decimal places, so the KB, MB, and GB are displayed as whole numbers?

There is a new Show Decimal Places icon in 3.4! It hides the decimals on the total search result cell, but not the individual file size cells. Will this feature be completed in a future release?

When the B KB MB GB buttons are pressed, they don't retain their selected states.

Here it hides the decimals of all values at the size column.

You are right! After pressing the button for the decimal places noting happens. You have to change the file size format to see the changes. This will be fixed witht he next update.

Thanks for the update! I just downloaded 3.4.6. The decimal button still only affects the first row. The decimal places remain in the other cells after I press KB, MB or GB. I have a period as the decimal separator instead of a comma if that makes any difference.

I run some additional tests and found it: the problem occur only if you use the search criteria "size". Send me an email if you need a update with a fix for this problem.
