Feature Request: Compare with External Application

I want to select two files and pass them to an external application for processing or comparison. The implementation would simply launch an application passing it the two selected files.

This is fantastic! The setting is even saved in profiles, so if you had more than one application you can switch profiles. Thanks! This is the best dupe finder I've ever used!

I agree, this is the best dupe finder available! I love this new feature. Would the developer consider adding multiple compare applications? I have several that I want to use and prefer not to change profiles and rerun a compare each time to switch. Many thanks to the developer(s).
