Hi,

I am receiving the error after running all sync:

ERROR: Winsock1_DataArrival: 40006 - Wrong protocol or connection state for the requested transaction or request

ERROR: SMTP: An error has occurred: The mail server didn't respond within the time-out period of 20 seconds. (Position=ConnectEmailServer)

The profile is running fine but the emails are not being generated.

Thanks for your quick response. I checked the article and I do have the later version of the file. Still getting that error message. Is there anything else that you can think of?

Can you send a Test Email via the scheduler options without any errors?

Well, if you can send a test email without any errors then it must be a problem with the email server at the time the task is running.

Try starting the task manually after sending successfully a test email. Any errors?

It seems to be working now. Although, over the past few days, it failed once. I will see what I can do cause it seems to be a problem with our email server at the time of the profile running as you mentioned.
