After search, photos that should be in landscape, show in portrait and vice versa

Post by Billybob »

After scanning a couple of folders, AllDup is finding the duplicates fine. However, it will show photos that are natively in landscape in portrait mode. Meaning, it has changed it in the view of duplicate photos in various groups to portrait when the photo is actually landscape. So it is making it much more difficult to assess which ones to delete. It will also show portrait mode photos in landscape mode.

How can I get AllDup to present the duplicate photos in the correct mode - either landscape if it's in landscape, or portrait if it's in portrait?

I have done some testing in other software programs and the duplicate photos show correctly, in their original mode of landscape or portrait.

Where is a setting to get AllDup to show the photos correctly?
