Run-time error '440'

We have done another test with AllDup 4.3.12 Beta on a fresh installed Win10 Pro v1903 PC and everythings runs without any errors...

I get the same error, when doing a large compare (not if I cut the compare in small pieces), but after error 380:

To be clear, you're getting both 380's & 440's ?
And here you're using .38 & in the other thread .64 ?
