installation problems - Message to Whoever

I am a new user of Allsync and do not know much about computers.

I used the demo version until it expired then I bought a license. I got a licence number but could not use it because I could not open up the software any longer as it was past its demo version date. I uninstalled the demo version and run Norton windoctor. Then I used the license code to get what I thought was the software but it was not. After downloading it and installing it I realised it was some sort of set up file. I have installed the demo version again but it still does not work because it still believes it is past its free use date. I tried to install the set up file again but the installation routine failed.

the whole thing is a complete mess. Why not have a proper simple installation process? Also this is the first time ever I use a support forum and I do not really know whether or not my message will reach the actual company. Could the company contact me. If I cannot use what I have just bought then I would like my money back.
