Well, Blake3 of course [over 2].
That said, xxHash is (well) faster yet again.
And given that (as far as I'm concerned) there is no need for a duplicate file checker to use a crypto hash (& in particular in that the hash data is only used "internally"), there is no reason to not use (IMO) xxHash over any of the other hash algorithms.
(And all that said, many factors come in to play when determining "speed", perhaps better said, throughput.)
