Placeholders: Document \ as the ESC Character

Placeholders: Document \ as the ESC Character

Placeholders for the Date and Time
- for a placeholder, there is no way to enter the literal character that the placeholder represents

So if you want to Move files from Z:\xxx to Z:\abc, you'll end up instead with:
> Z:\ab02/11/2023 02:01:00 PM

Placeholders are case insensitive, & even if they were not, a person might want to use a capitol or
lower case in their name in particular situations.
Oh,oh, oh.
So backslash, \, escapes it (as one would expect), though it is not documented (at least not in the
Placeholders help section).

So you would use: Z:\ab\c

Normal text must be quoted when using placeholders. See examples in the help file.
