Re: Source Folder Pop-up window missing
When this happens, do you still have the AllDup icon on the Windows Taskbar? From what I see on my end (Win7) the Add Folder dialog is modal to the main DC window, & so long as that dialog is open, you can't interact with the main window. Likewise if (say all) windows are minimized, clicking on ...

Re: Can't use {Enter} to open the file location
In 4.5.72, you can work-around it...
Exit AllDup.
(Backup first.)
Edit config4.ini.
In the, [Shortcuts], section
add (or modify, as appropriate) the following:
That should get you back working again.
Exit AllDup.

Code: Select all
ID0=313,
Key0=Enter

Re: Can't use {Enter} to open the file location
How do (did) you go about assigning <Enter> to be the hotkey?
Oh, that's how.
In earlier versions, you simply hit <CR> (the same as any other key you might want to use).
In 4.5.72, that (hitting <CR>) no longer works.

Where are you seeing that dropdown? In File Manager? Are you sure you're in the right board/forum? Oh. Heh. Options, on the main screen. In any case, wouldn't: MM-DD-YYYY HH-NN-SS AMPM do it? And wouldn't / be illegal in the filename? (I guess you can ignore that too, & go with below: ;-).) MM/...

Re: Request: Combine audio length paramater with filename (number of characters at beginning)
Looks like you can do OR, but not AND. Length, I would suspect deals with the Length that Windows sees, rather then (the possibility) of audio & video having different lengths within a single file (which can & does happen), if that is what you are after. So AllDup can do 1 OR 2, but not AND....
