Do you know why AllDup does not appear in the taskbar? If I switch to another application I have to minimize the other application to get back to AllDup because it isn't in the taskbar.

Set file size to zero doesn't work for me in 3.3.25.

I can highlight groups of files by CTRL-clicking or SHIFT-clicking. I want the selection options to only apply to the highlighted groups. Is this possible?

I can select a group and right-click to remove it. I can't get it to work on multiple groups. Once a group is removed, can I bring it back?

The File Comparison option accepts %1 and %2 for the file names to pass to an external application. Are there wildcards for the directory names? I need to compare the directories that the files are in.

I think this is a great feature to add. I could certainly used it and I have not seen this in other application.

I get this error when running AllDup from a BartPE CD:

run-time error -2147221020
automation error - invalid syntax

It runs OK if I copy the AllDup folder to the RAM disc and run it from the RAM disc.

It would be very useful if there is an "unremove". I could remove or "hide" the groups with all files selected. Delete files from the other groups. Then "unhide" to go back and work with the groups with all files selected. It would save me from having to rerun the search again.

Marking is selecting the row without checking the checkbox. Selecting is checking the checkbox.

I just discovered the function "Remove all groups with only one file". Would a new function named "Remove all groups with only file selected" be easy to implement and useful?

That's a great solution! It works well when the folders are selected as separate Source Folders. Would it make sense to add a "Remove marked files" to the context menu to protect subfolders? You can't select subfolders separately as Source Folders because AllDup prevents overlapping.

The dups I want to delete are on D:, but there are dups on C: that I don't want to delete. If I have these files:

D:\Copy of F1
D:\F2
D:\Copy of F2

After auto-selecting files under D:

C:\F1

I use "Select all files inside the folder structure of the file" to select files that I want to delete. AllDup is nice that it warns me if there are duplicates in the selected structure and lets me expand the dups in the same structure. Can I deselect all but one in the expanded groups?
