I never get the option to give a user name and/or password. Both pages come us as "cannot display page". I have asked that the administrator of All-Sync please email me the reg. users version and documentation. Is that in the works now?

Your Customer link does not work and the document download link does not work.

Could you please convert all the German post for All-Sync support to English. A lot of our answers are probably answered there.

The link for downloading the Documentation does not work.

I purchased all sync 4/22/2004. I just downloaded the new ver and wanted to enter my serial number and cannot find where to do this. Please advise.
