Don't Need Confirmation Dialogs

A dialog window opens every time I load or save a profile. Can the message be in a status bar or something, so I don't have to click OK to trivial status messages?

This is fantastic! The setting is even saved in profiles, so if you had more than one application you can switch profiles. Thanks! This is the best dupe finder I've ever used!

Feature Request: Compare with External Application

I want to select two files and pass them to an external application for processing or comparison. The implementation would simply launch an application passing it the two selected files.

I love AllDup! A feature I'd like added is the ability to double click results to cause actions to occur. Double-clicking the filename would open the file with the default applicaton. Double-clicking the path name would open the folder in Explorer. Maybe even make it configurable so the actions coul...

Thanks. The files were bad. They contained nothing but the ID tags. AllDup works perfectly.

Erroneous Result

A byte-by-byte comparison returns two different MP3's in the search results even though they don't sound similar at all. I have the "Ignore ID3 Tags" option on.

Is this a bug, or do I missunderstand how this is supposed to work?
