AllSync & AllDup

I have a 9-license install of AllSync. I added several new profiles and inadvertantly exceeded my license count. I have since removed the extra systems/IP's yet Allsync still indicates I have exceeded my license limit. How do I "reset" Allsync so it does not see these extra IP's any longer...

Ummm... that's *crazy*! Especially for "Business Edition" software. I could see such limitation for a single-user version. If I've purchased a valid server license, why wouldn't it be usable by any user on that server? You could at least post the steps involved in deploying user Active Set...
