AllSync & AllDup

i am trying to get rid of dup photos i know there are some there but some are PNG and some are JPG it use to compare PNG's against JPG now its not it only does PNG vs PNG .ect how can i get it to compare different file types again and yes the compare only pitchers with the same properties / file ext...

just updated to the newest build of windows 22593 and it works again there must have bean an incompatibility with something 22572.

i got the registered confirmation even did it again and restarted the computer to let it load the register properly no change. i cant fathom what is going on i am not having any problems with other programs.

same errors. the error log keeps saying its out of date what version of the VBCCR17 file is it supposed to have the DSC for the file i have says version V3 SN:0095f9a4761c051f82a8f5a98491d3b663 signed ‎Wednesday, ‎23 ‎February ‎2022 1:23:37 PM.

but theres nothing wrong on my end the computer is new i even did a clean install the only thing left on my end is a format of the main drive but i dont have second computer to do that.
