I tried Arial Unicode MS, Noto Sans, "맑은 고딕" (Korean based font)
But all were same result.
Maybe there is a font that can display that characters,
but I don't need it as I can already recognize the file.
because I think there will be another side effect if I don't use regular fonts.

after changing system locale, it works 99% except some characters. it's ok. i can recognize what file it is.

But the bigger problem is other non-unicode based Korean application has malfunctioned.
For now, i think it can be used temporarily, but I hope it is fixed so that it does not ...

I tested in the following fonts including "Arial Unicode MS", but none of them worked. (Same result)
-noto sans cjk (provided by Google)
-malgeun gothic (included in Korean Windows 10)
