AllSync & AllDup

Update: As I suspected, it's a user error. I was comparing the wrong folders.
The duplicate pdf files were in my c:\users\username\onedrive\documents folder not in my c:\users\username\documents folder.
Once again, AllDup wins!

I'm using version 4.5.22 and searching for dups with same name and size.
The results show a match for 2 files that are no longer on the hard drive.
How is that happening?

Ignoring the warning and not shutting down windows explorer worked. Of the 3 computers I installed it on, the one with WIN10-20H2 is the only one that displayed the warning.
