With the next update, the old profiles (ANSI) will be automatically converted to the new UTF-16LE format when AllDup starts.

The slow data deletion must be related to the external hard drive you are using. In a test, we deleted 100,000 files from the search results onto an external USB 3.0 hard drive. Have you tried: Deactivate the options " Remove groups with only one file ", " Remove files from the search result " and activate "Don't log any file actions (faster)" before you delete all files to speed up the process. These options exclude the time to update the grid...

You will have no AllDup-context-menu at the windows explorer. Thats all.

Sorry, but we cant reproduce this problem here using Win11 [Version 10.0.26200.7462].
No crash after a right-click on any of the Windows Libraries or a folder inside a library.

Which version of AllDup do you use?

Wir haben AllSync 4.2.2 nochmals mit den neusten Updates unter Windows 25H2 26200.7462 getestet und keine Probleme gefunden:

Hier haben Sie leider nur 2 Möglichkeiten:

1. Warten bis ein neues Update veröffentlicht wird, welches die Probleme der letzten Updates wieder behebt.

oder

2. Die installierten Updates eines nach dem Anderen deinstallieren bis es wieder funktioniert.

Die beiden Dateiformate müssen mit dem Textformat UTF16LE gespeichert werden, damit der Inhalt nicht korrumpiert wird.
Ab Version 4.2.2 sollten Sie die Dateien mit UTF16LE ohne BOM speichern.
Wenn Sie dies berücksichtigen, sollte es mit den Änderungen funktionieren.
