AllDup finds duplicate files and not duplicate folders.

Have you tried the file filter text ".*" ?

HEIC ist leider kein offener und verbreiteter Standard wie JPG und wird deshalb aktuell von AllDup bei der Suchmethode "Finde ähnliche Bilder" nicht unetrstützt.

check your setting at the search result menu bar -> "Mode"

"Access is denied." means that the user doesnt have enough access rights to perform this action.

Please try this:

1. Restart your Computer
2. Re-Install AllDup
3. Uninstall AllDup again

Does this fix the "Access is denied" problem?

Apparently, your old hardware doesn't support checksum creation.
Disable the checksum option for content comparison in the options.
