AllSync & AllDup

Dear all,
I am having a problem when searching for duplicated files: The owner column isn't showing the user login name, better saying, it does not show who is the owner of the duplicated files. This feature is very important in order to identify the user who has the duplicated files and notify them.
Could you, please, help me?

Does the Owner display after you have actually clicked on the particular row?

If not, then thinking that you, as a "regular" user, do not have the necessary permissions to view who the owership of the particular file is.

If you run AllDup "as Administrator" does that help?

Please activate the option "Show file owner at the search result" at the "Search Options" to see all owner immediately after the search if finish.
Maybe the user of AllDup dont have the permissions to get the owner information.
In that case run AllDup with an admin-account.
