We already tested AllDup 4.0.47 (Installer & Portable) with a fresh installed win7x64 and everything runs fine here.

Please do the following test: extract the portable edition of AllDup into a folder on your desktop and start AllDup.
Does this work without any problems? If not it must be a system specific problem of your computer...

as i already mentioned before - AllDup v4.0.47 runs here without any problems at a fresh installed win7x64.
It looks like that something system specific at your computer causes this problem.
Did you already have done the test with the portable edition as described before?
