Profile Properties — Property Filters

The following filter options enable folders and files to be excluded from a copy operation on the basis of their profile properties.

Files

Age

This option enables you to filter files that are older or more recent than the specified number of
  • seconds
  • minutes
  • hours
  • days
  • weeks (7 days)
  • months (30 days)
  • quarters (90 days)
  • years (365 days)
You can also specify whether the created or modified date of the files is to be checked.

Period

This option enables you to filter files that were modified within or outside of a specific time period. You can also specify whether which date of the files is to be checked:
  • Created date
  • Modified date
  • Last accessed date

Size

This option enables you to filter files that are larger or smaller than a specified file size. The following size options are available:
  • Bytes
  • Kilobytes (KB)
  • Megabytes (MB)
  • Gigabytes (GB)

Attributes

This option enables you to filter files according to the following attributes:
  • Write-protected
  • Hidden
  • Archive
  • System
  • Symbolic link
  • Temporary
  • Compressed
  • Offline
  • Encrypted
  • Sparse
  • Index
You can also specify that all or at least some of the selected attributes have to be present.

Folders
